COVID-19 & HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATES

Please note that certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the COVID-19. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING

We are able to ship anywhere within the United States and to certain countries and regions outside of the U.S.

Orders ship Monday-Friday.

Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.

We do provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations, and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure successful delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For International shipments, local Postal Services often do not send updates through the US Postal Service website.  In this case, it is best for the customer to contact their local postal service with their tracking information/number ready.  

APO/FPO SHIPPING

We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.

  • The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO".

  • The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP".

  • The country must be the United States.

  • You must enter your Zip code.

  • Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.

Please note: orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Economy Shipping can take 8-10 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.

Standard Shipping can take 5-8 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.

Expedited Shipping can take 3-5 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. Not all items qualify for expedited shipping.

Priority Shipping can take 1-2 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. Not all items qualify for priority shipping.

We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION: Please note that all delivery information is listed on each individual product page. Please keep in mind that the last day to order for delivery by Christmas varies per product and assumes the fastest shipping method at checkout.

 

1. How do I track my order?

Tracking information is sent out when the order is scanned and picked up by the shipping service. Immediately following this, you will receive an email containing your specific tracking information that will update throughout the delivery process.

 

2. My tracking information is not showing updates. What should I do?

If your shipment's tracking number is not showing updates, there are a couple of reasons why this might be happening.

 

  •  The US Postal Service may have forgotten to do an origin scan.

  •  The package may have not left our fulfillment center, yet.

  •  The original address may have changed, creating a new label and tracking information.

  •  The package could as well be missing. (Sad face.)

 

If any of these seem possible, please wait an additional 24 hours for an activity update before contacting us.

 

Shipping Disclaimer

Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, it is in the hands of shipping carriers working independently from The Ambition Planner. However, we are here to help provide direction and support to help resolve your shipping concerns or mishaps. 

 

SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.

 

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES

We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.
